Refund Policy

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our merchandise, there are no cancelling orders, no refunds, no exchanges, no returns and all sales are final. 

IMPORTANT: If there is an issue on us, you must email customer service {mustardandmintcompany@gmail.com} within 48 hours along with proof. No exceptions! If we find that we are at fault, we will address the issue within 72 hours and offer a solution. However, please note that shipping costs and fees are non-refundable and will not be included in a solution offer and if applicable, you will be required to pay return fees.
